Sixty Vines, known for seasonal cuisine inspired by the wines of Napa Valley, will open its first Florida location in the spring of 2020.
The roughly 8,000 square foot restaurant will be located at 110 Orlando Ave., #12, Winter Park, Florida 32789.
Often referred to as “the winemaker’s restaurant,” Sixty Vines delivers simple, yet flavorful, food paired perfectly with a large variety of wines.
Sixty Vine’s innovative wine-on-tap program allows guests to enjoy individual glasses of wine served at the perfect temperature. It’s also eco-friendly: each pressurized steel keg used to store on-tap wines saves 26 bottles from going in a landfill. That’s more than 2,340 lbs of trash over its lifetime!
Guests can dine with a view of the open kitchen and charcuterie bar. And, like the other Sixty Vines locations, Winter Park will also feature an enclosed greenhouse patio offering a wine garden experience and full bar, as well as private dining spaces.
“We think Sixty Vines will be a perfect addition to the growing restaurant scene in the Orlando/Winter Park area,” said Steve Shlemon, CEO of Whiskey Cake Holdings which operates Sixty Vines. “In addition to introducing guests to our seasonal menu, we think they’ll also enjoy our unique wine program, which is different than anywhere else in the market.”
Sixty Vines in Winter Park will be open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.
Sixty Vines has two locations in Plano, TX and Dallas, TX, with a Houston, TX location coming summer 2019.
