Chuck Lager America’s Tavern has recently opened here in Orlando. We had a chance to eat there the other night. Beer was great. Food was even better.
Celebrity chef Fabio Viviani, known for his appearances on television cooking shows, has recently opened a new branch of his restaurant, Chuck Lager America’s Tavern, in Orlando. They are now open for business, if you are lucky enough to get their early and get a seat.
The participant of Top Chef and host of Fabio’s Kitchen aims to take diners on a gastronomic adventure at Chuck Lager, a restaurant that specializes in serving traditional American dishes at 8151 International Drive.
The eatery is inspired by the worldwide journeys of a man named Chuck Lager, whose existence is uncertain. It remains faithful to its concept of a diverse American culture by combining tastes from various regions of the globe.
I ate the chicken parmesan while my husband ate the shrimp street tacos that fuse Mexican and Asian flavors. Additionally, there are menus specifically for brunch, happy hour, and game days, featuring dishes like a chicken and waffles sandwich, a large pretzel, and the “Game Day Burger.”
A wide selection of alcoholic beverages, ranging from canned beers to rotating frozen drinks, are also available. Chuck Lager highlights traditional mixed drinks such as the Chuck’s Sidecar, the Sunshine Skyway gin cocktail, and the Upside Down Banana Split Martini (omg delish).
Viviani participated in the fifth and eighth seasons of Top Chef. He was named the “Fan Favorite” by the audience in the fifth season, where he successfully advanced to the top four. He should have won, in my opinion.
At present, Viviani is the host of his own program called Fabio’s Kitchen, and also makes appearances on popular shows such as The Rachael Ray Show and Good Morning America. In 2015, he emerged victorious in the Cutthroat Kitchen: All-Star Tournament.
Viviani has a network of restaurants throughout the country, including Chuck Lager, which includes franchise locations as well as options in casinos, hotels, and airports.
